These terms cover how DSDPro works with clients. They're written in plain language on purpose — if anything's unclear, ask before you sign anything.
DSDPro provides web design & development, hosting & care plans, brand graphics, book cover design, illustration, and service worker sites. Every engagement starts with the intake form and a scoping conversation — nothing is billed before you've agreed to a scope and price.
Payment terms (deposit, milestones, or full payment) are set per project in your proposal or agreement — there's no universal payment schedule that applies to every engagement. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Late payment may pause active work until resolved.
Each project agreement defines what's included. Work outside that scope is treated as a change request and quoted separately before starting.
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables (the website files, the final cover art, the final brand assets, etc.). DSDPro retains the right to showcase completed work in its own portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Hosting and care plans are billed monthly and can be canceled with 30 days' notice. If you cancel, DSDPro will provide a copy of your site files on request; ongoing hosting/updates stop at the end of the current billing period.
DSDPro does its best work on every project but can't guarantee specific business outcomes (traffic, sales, rankings, etc.) resulting from a website, cover, or brand system — those depend on many factors outside our control. DSDPro's liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
These terms may be updated from time to time; the date at the top reflects the latest version. Active projects are governed by the terms in place at the time the project agreement was signed.
